Our travelers:

  • Have high income levels (nearly 50% have a household income of $75k or more)
  • Are primarily between the ages of 31 and 60 (more than 70%)
  • Are made up of business travelers (45%) and leisure travelers (55%)
  • Are spending more time in the terminal before boarding their aircraft
    • Average gate hold time is 60 minutes
    • Average baggage hold time is 20 minutes
